A chocolate mug cake recipe is awesome, but this ginger flavored twist is even better. For those who prefer a less sweet version of the traditional cake, ginger offers a more sophisticated taste experience.
One of my dear readers took the Gluten Free Chocolate Cake in a Mug recipe that I posted several weeks ago and created a Gluten Free Ginger Cake in a Mug recipe. How awesome is that? I have to say that it’s a good thing that my microwave in non-operational or our 30 day Primal Experiment would definitely be in jeopardy. For all of you who’ve no interest completely cutting out the gluten free sweets, here is the recipe (many thanks to Karla)!
P.S. If you’ve played around with one ore more of my recipes and created a wonderful new one that you’d like to share, just email it to me and I’ll post it on the blog.
