If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes, one of two things probably happened. 1) The email may be in your spam folder. Please check there to see if your spam filter caught it on accident. Or 2) if your Paypal account is linked to a different email address than the one you normally use, the delivery email may have been sent to that other account. Check your other email account to see if the email was sent there.
