Spring is almost here, and with it the first bounty from the spring vegetable gardens and farmer’s market. While the snow and cold wind are still keeping you inside, flip through your favorite recipes and send us the ones that make you think that Spring is here!

Recipe Rules: Each recipe should be gluten free and have some connection to spring for you.  It could include ingredients that only grow in the spring, or something that you always serve at Easter or Passover, or something that’s perfect for the rush of spring wedding showers and end of school year banquets. Additional rules here.

Prizes: Everyone who contributes will receive a digital copy of all the recipes that are submitted. In addition, two finalists will be chosen to be featured on the GFCS blog, and reader vote will determine which of the two finalists receives the Grand Prize: (3) cooking classes of the winners choice.

Send us the GF recipes that remind you of spring by March 15, 2014 and you could win $150 worth of gluten free cooking classes.
