I just finished Week One from your cooking school, and absolutely love it!! As does my family! This is absolutley wonderful, I can't thank you enough. Do you have a book or file that I can purchase with more weeks/shopping lists? I tried clicking the link to purchase but it didn't work.
Hungry for more :)

Hi,
I just wanted to thank you for sharing your recipes. Your sandwich bread is amazing! I was looking for a good brown rice flour bread, and you caught my attention when you said you could buy the ingredients at Walmart--almost, but not quite here. It's nice to see everyday ingredients in something I can actually eat! I look forward to trying your other recipes. :)
Namaste.

Hi Debbie, I hope you and your husband liked the biscuits. Since you're looking for gluten free recipes with whole grains, you'll probably enjoy my recipe for Multi-Grain Gluten Free Flat Bread. It is made without any starchy flours, but is still tender and tastes great. We make it several times a week for sandwiches.

I just ran across your website when I was looking for a recipe to make gluten free biscuits and noticed that you have a lot of good recipes on here. I must say that it is refreshing to see recipes that use brown rice flour instead of potato, tapioca, white rice, and etc. ( the flours that are not considered whole grain or are very starchy) which is what most GF recipes call for. I have been trying for years to substitute flours that are not whole grain for flours that are whole grain since my doctors recommended that I try to loose weight and control my blood sugar which is hard to do being on a GF diet unless you make everything from scratch using whole grains and then even limiting the amounts that I eat. I am going to try your biscuit recipe tonight and I can't wait to try it and my husband try it since he loves biscuits and gravy.
