Ingredient Information for Classes

Let’s be honest. Multiple food intolerances stink. But, what’s even worse is to buy a gluten free product, sight unseen, and then realize that you can’t use it because of your other food intolerances.

Below is a listing of all of the ingredients used in in the cooking classes. If you’re concerned about whether the recipes in a class will work for you, you can look at the ingredients here and make an informed decision. Please note that all of the recipes that include dairy products have been tested with non-dairy options. If you’re casein free or dairy-free, you can easily make all of these recipes.
