Feast your eyes, friends! Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread, Soda Bread, and Brown Bread – These are my latest variations of the Finally, Really Good Sandwich Bread Recipe (“FRGSB”) from the Basic Bread Class.

In this class you’ll learn how to apply the rolling technique that I taught you in the Cinnamon Bun class to an enriched version of “FRGSB” to make a delicious Cinnamon Raisin Bread for your breakfast.
I’ve also made a brown version of “FRGSB” for those of you who like a more “whole-wheat” tasting bread.
And to top it off, I’ll show you a special bread mixing technique that will let you make “soda” bread that is light and fluffy. If you’ve ever made soda bread, you’ll understand what a miracle this is. If not, then let me tell you that most gluten free soda breads are dense, short and wet….not what you want for a sandwich! I am tremendously excited about this recipe, especially for those of you who want to eat bread but are allergic to yeast. This is the recipe that you’ve been waiting for!
This class is available as part of the Gluten Free Family Favorites package.
Here’s how I recommend that you work through this class:
First off, if you haven’t worked through the Basic Bread Course, then you should do that first. It is a prerequisite for this class. Once you’ve done that, you’ll work through this course one recipe at a time, but you can start with whichever recipe that you like.
