I made the bagels following your recipe, turned out very well. It has been over a year since we have had a bagel!This is a great basic recipe. We have visions of onion bagels with a green olive yogurt spread.
I absolutely love cinnamon raisin bagels. We are living in Mexico in a small village & I can’t find them. I love them so much that I had a friend bring me some in her suitcase when she came for a visit. Needless to say I haven’t had any since I went gluten free unless you count the time we visited the kids & I had a frozen one that tasted like chalk. I was in a baking mood & decided to try to make the bagels. My technique needs a little work but OMG!!!!! the taste is fantastic!!!!! I have a few bagels & a few bagel sticks but they are soooo good. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
