I’m so happy! I’m finally planning our menu for the first time in months and I’m really excited about trying some new recipes. My inspiration for this week’s menu is the cookbook Beans by Eliza Green. We bought this cookbook before we switched to a vegetarian diet because we knew we need to learn how to cook beans. I haven’t used the cookbook all that much because the recipes tend to be complicated, but I think that I’ve picked out some that are doable.
The Ginger Lemon Girl is hosted by Cooking Illustrated. Be sure to stop by the round-up post and see all of the wonderful gluten free menus. Isn’t it amazing how well we eat?
P.S. I’ve included my grocery list and a Mommy Brag at the end of the post just for kicks. I love seeing what other people buy at the grocery and other’s people’s kids, so I hope you enjoy it too =)
