I just tried these a few weeks ago and they were delicious! I found that they stayed together really well if I rolled them in GF bread crumbs before putting them in the skillet. The second day I made crab cakes sandwiches with a fancy mayo (mayo, cayenne pepper sauce, parsley, basil) and it was fabulous too. Such a great job with your site and recipes!
