		<description>I love it!  I did not know it was a Southern thing either.  My grandmother is a big fan and I will have to make this for her when she comes.

&lt;em&gt;Natalie, I hope you&#039;re grandmother likes it a lot! My grandmother used to pack pimento cheese sandwiches and fried chicken bits for our picnic lunch on the way to the beach. Those are good memories =)
