Hi MF just wanted to thank you for your lovely site. I read your post about your new diet this summer and wanted to let you know that Tofutti products work as good dairy substitutes for many recipes. My son has been diagnosed with 12 food allergies and counting....so we are always on the look out for new recipes.

On another note, you have my sympathy, my husband plays WOW too. You can get a response out of yours? I usually have to stand in between mine and the game to get a head nod. :)

I've been working on gluten free fried fish sticks....my husband loves them but I haven't got the batter just right yet. Any thoughts? (Yes I realize this is not the healthiest dish but it's a childhood favorite of my husbands and to bring him to the otherside, the gluten free side, I figure I got get a better lure.)

Thanks-Summer W
