How To: The Egg Series No. 1

The lesson to recipe ratio is getting a bit too low on this blog, so this week I am going to focus on “how to” articles. Tomorrow’s post will cover how to crack an egg and how to separate the egg white from the egg yolk. The topic for Wednesday’s post is beating egg whites and it will feature a meringue cookie recipe called Forgotten Cookies. Saturday we will learn how to beat egg yolks for a delicious crème brûlée.
I didn’t have a proper picture for this post, so here is one of my little guy eating his gluten free blueberry pancakes.
