Hi, I have just come across your website—it is just marvelous! This series on sugar cookies is great and very helpful. I was wondering, do you have any suggestions on pie crust recipes and how to roll out the dough to place into the pie. I just resently made a gluten free pie with a mix and had a terrible time with the dough. I rolled it out at least two times for the bottom layer and then for the top. I couldn't stop it from ripping apart before I even got it into the pan. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to make a pumpkin pie and apple pie for Thanksgiving.
