		<description>I had to do that too!  I only had one stick of butter in the fridge and the rest were in the freezer. For anyone who's trying this for the first time, the key to softening the butter in the microwave is to not put it in their for very long. If you accidentally melt the butter then the whole creaming thing won't work =)</description>
