I hope Jude does like it.  It was one of the first &quot;big boy&quot; foods that we gave David and he loved it.  Freezing the muffins is a great idea - it would definitely make our morning easier. Breakfast has been the most challenging meal now that all three of us are gluten free.  Do you put them back in the oven to thaw and reheat?

Thanks for posting the penne recipe.  My toddler (18 mos) still prefers to eat with his hands and penne is easy for him to eat. He will love this- (raisins, what&#039;s not to like?)</description>
