		<description>Maddy, I learned something new tonight. I had no idea what a courgette is, but now, thanks to Wikipedia, I know that it is what we Americans refer to as a zucchini =)   
Do you cook the zucchni for the same amount of time as the carrots and potatoes, or add them in later?</description>
