I am at a loss for what to do for a wedding cake. She would like to have a traditional looking cake but dosn't want to be sick on her honeymoon. I found a cather who will do one from a mix. She is fearfull that the icing and topping will make her sick or there will be cross contamination. I could start practicing now.
