		<description>Love your site; you are being so HELPFUL!! to me and your recipes are terrific.  I do have a question though: currently I am in Anchorage, AK on vacation and was able to get the ingredients for yuor flour.  While in the Natural Pantry in Anchorage, I ran across an item called &quot;Gluten Free Gluten&quot;.  I think it was made by Ener G Foods, but not sure.  It said to use with any flour blend in 5 parts flour and 1 part gluten.  Have you heard of this?  Does it work?  Thanks, Gretchen</description>
