Gluten Free [Cooking Store]

Just a quick update from the road. Tonight’s room service from Embassy Suites appeared to be gluten free, but it was not as yummy as I would have liked. I envied John his Tofu, Lettuce and Tomato sandwiches of which I hear he had two.
To make up for the deficits in the meal, I topped it off with two of John’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. He very kindly made a fresh batch last night and sent me off with several so that he wouldn’t have to eat them all =)
In other news, I’ve spent the evening creating the Gluten Free [Cooking Store] which you can access through a link in the right sidebar. (If you’re reading this by feed or email, come visit my site so that you can check it out.) The store is thru Amazon and I’m in the process of adding all things essential for a gluten free kitchen. I’ll continue adding pages and items over the next few days, but please let me know if you think I’ve missed some essential gadget. If you purchase any of these items, I will receive a small commission which will go towards future additions to this site. (I’ve got all kinds of ideas!)
