Did you make these from a standard GF flour mix, or were particular flours needed? Was there xanthan gum? What’s the recipe!
Hi. Loved the picture of the tortillas, but have not been able to find the actual recipe. Where is it?

” I did use my own flour mix, because I’m stubborn that way, and I left out the powdered milk substitute because I didn’t have any. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly =)

Do you think these would freeze pre or post cooking? Debating on cutting the recipe or freezing some if they would hold up….hubby is out of town but now dying to try these and no way I will finish a batch :). Thanks!
Erin, I would try freezing them after cooking them. However given how quick they are to make (compared to a loaf of bread) I would probably just half the recipe and make more later.
